S jejich p\u0159\u00edjmem se toti\u017e do t\u011bla dost\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed histaminu. Ten vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo rozkladu b\u00edlkovin bohat\u00fdch na histidin (mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Tak\u00e9 je t\u0159eba sn\u00ed\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem potravin <strong>s vysok\u00fdm obsahem sacharid\u016f<\/strong>. Sacharidy podporuj\u00ed tvorbu acet\u00e1tu, bytyr\u00e1tu a propion\u00e1tu. HIT m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou jen p\u0159echodn\u00fd charakter, a proto <strong>po 1 m\u011bs\u00edci<\/strong> zkuste po jedn\u00e9 <strong>za\u0159azovat potraviny<\/strong> zp\u011bt do va\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 stravy.
