Zkontrolujete a roz\u0161i\u0159te sv\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti o cholesterolu a jeho \u00faloze v t\u011ble.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cholesterol &#8211; co to je?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cholesterol je organick\u00e1 slou\u010denina ze skupiny sterol\u016f, kter\u00e1 je nezbytn\u00e1 pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho organismu. \u010c\u00e1st cholesterolu si t\u011blo samo vyr\u00e1b\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v j\u00e1trech, odkud se s krv\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do v\u0161ech bun\u011bk t\u011bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z \u010d\u00e1sti je cholesterol p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n tak\u00e9 z potravy. Jeho zdrojem ve strav\u011b jsou \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky a \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty. Celkov\u00fd cholesterol se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z dobr\u00e9ho a \u0161patn\u00e9ho cholesterolu. To jsou hovorov\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy pro dva lipoproteiny \u2013 LDL (\u201e\u0161patn\u00fd\u201c cholesterol) a HDL (\u201edobr\u00fd\u201c cholesterol).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee cholesterol je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd mimo jin\u00e9 i pro zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny? Berou si tolik, kolik pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed. P\u0159ebytek je zachycen HDL \u010d\u00e1sticemi a transportov\u00e1n do jater. V j\u00e1trech se cholesterol pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro tvorbu \u017elu\u010dov\u00e9 kyseliny, zbytek se vylou\u010d\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd HDL se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 \u201edobr\u00fd&#8220;. LDL n\u011bkdy poskytuje p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho cholesterolu a \u010d\u00e1st se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 v tepn\u00e1ch. Hladinu cholesterolu ovliv\u0148uje mnoho genetick\u00fdch a environment\u00e1ln\u00edch faktor\u016f (fyzick\u00e1 aktivita, strava, alkohol, cigarety, komorbidity).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jin\u00e9 normy se proto budou vztahovat na mlad\u00e9, sportuj\u00edc\u00ed lidi a jin\u00e9 na star\u0161\u00ed pacienty, kte\u0159\u00ed se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi rizikov\u00fdmi faktory \u010di onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posouzen\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f testu hladiny cholesterolu by proto m\u011bl prov\u00e1d\u011bt l\u00e9ka\u0159, kter\u00fd nav\u00edc analyzuje nejen samotn\u00fd lipidov\u00fd profil, ale i celkov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav pacienta. Cholesterol nejv\u00edce po\u0161kozuje koron\u00e1rn\u00ed tepny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam (a v kr\u010dn\u00edch tepn\u00e1ch) se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejv\u00edce cholesterolu. Zdrav\u00e9 tepny jsou hladk\u00e9 a pru\u017en\u00e9, cholesterol je zu\u017euje a d\u011bl\u00e1 tuh\u00fdmi (tento proces se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 ateroskler\u00f3za).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ucpan\u00e9 tepny a krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou infarktu a <a href=\"\/cs\/mozkova-prihoda-mrtvice\/\">mozkov\u00e9 mrtvice<\/a>. Riziko infarktu u lid\u00ed se zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinou cholesterolu je a\u017e 3x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u lid\u00ed s norm\u00e1ln\u00edm lipidov\u00fdm profilem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HDL &#8222;dobr\u00fd&#8220; cholesterol<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lipoprotein s vysokou hustotou (HDL) je b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dov\u00e1n jako dobr\u00fd cholesterol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDobr\u00fd\u201d HDL cholesterol pln\u00ed \u0159adu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch funkc\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je mu p\u0159ipisov\u00e1na role faktoru, kter\u00fd \u010dist\u00ed krevn\u00ed plazmu od cholesterolu. Cholesterol uvoln\u011bn\u00fd do plazmy je v\u00e1z\u00e1n HDL. \u201eDobr\u00fd\u201c cholesterol je aktivn\u00edm \u201esb\u011bra\u010dem\u201c voln\u00e9ho cholesterolu jak z povrchu bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n, tak z cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edch lipoprotein\u016f. V\u011bdci z Massachusetts Veterans Epidemiology Research and Information Center (MAVERIC) v Bostonu.6 V American Journal of Cardiology ve sv\u00e9 studii potvrdili, \u017ee \u201edobr\u00fd\u201c cholesterol m\u016f\u017ee prodlou\u017eit \u017eivot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K t\u011bmto z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm do\u0161li studiem 650 v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fdch veter\u00e1n\u016f ve v\u011bku kolem 65 let. Vzhledem k hladin\u011b dobr\u00e9ho cholesterolu jako krit\u00e9ria byly subjekty rozd\u011bleny do skupin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po\u010d\u00ednaje 40 mg\/dl, ka\u017ed\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed HDL o 10 mg\/dl sn\u00ed\u017eilo riziko \u00famrt\u00ed p\u0159ed dosa\u017een\u00edm v\u011bku 85 let o 14 procent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celkem se 85. narozenin do\u017eilo 375 dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi hladinami HDL bylo riziko \u00famrt\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eeno o 28 %. Tato skupina m\u011bla men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f a obezity a vedla zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pozitivn\u00edm vlivu dobr\u00e9ho cholesterolu jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni i odborn\u00edci z American Heart Association. Testy tedy potvrdily, \u017ee niacin funguje efektivn\u011b.
