P\u0159i osteopenii je hustota kost\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eena, ne v\u0161ak natolik, jako p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze. Osteopenie <strong>ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f prob\u00edh\u00e1 bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u011b<\/strong>. O jej\u00ed existenci se pacienti dozv\u011bd\u00ed \u010dasto p\u0159i jin\u00fdch vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edch spojen\u00fdch nap\u0159\u00edklad s pohybov\u00fdm apar\u00e1tem.<\/p>\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na to, jak si <strong>upravit osteopenii stravov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>. Tento stav nen\u00ed v\u017edy nutn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dit l\u00e9ky. N\u011bkdy k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b posta\u010d\u00ed i zm\u011bna \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Co to je osteopenie?<\/h2>\n<p>Osteopenie je stav, kdy se <strong>miner\u00e1ln\u00ed hustota kost\u00ed sni\u017euje<\/strong>. Jedn\u00edm z rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f osteopor\u00f3zy je pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00ed osteopenie. Ohro\u017eeni jsou tak\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/celiakia\/\">pacienti s celiaki\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>, u kter\u00fdch se osteopenie vyskytuje frekventovan\u011bji.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edznaky osteopenie<\/h3>\n<p>Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f osteopenie prob\u00edh\u00e1 asymptomaticky, to znamen\u00e1 \u017ee <strong>nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky<\/strong>. Svoje odborn\\u00e9 vedomosti sa sna\\u017e\\u00edm udr\\u017eiava\\u0165 tak, \\u017ee p\\u00ed\\u0161em pre viacer\\u00e9 zdravotn\\u00e9 port\\u00e1ly. Raz do t\\u00fd\\u017ed\\u0148a chod\\u00edm aj do lek\\u00e1rne, tak\\u017ee som v kontakte s praxou a probl\\u00e9mami pacientov.
