Pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed je p\u0159esn\u00e9 &#8211; p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze doch\u00e1z\u00ed k <strong>sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed objemu kostn\u00ed hmoty<\/strong> a k oslabov\u00e1n\u00ed kost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Osteopor\u00f3za m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 stupn\u011b, jejich\u017e l\u00e9\u010dba se m\u00edrn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 <strong>p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba<\/strong>, jindy jsou <strong>nezbytn\u00e9 l\u00e9ky a injekce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Osteopor\u00f3za a jej\u00ed formy<\/h2>\n<p>Co p\u0159esn\u011b se d\u011bje p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kostn\u00ed resorpce<\/strong> (odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kosti) je do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry norm\u00e1ln\u00ed a nutn\u00e1 u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. U lid\u00ed s osteopor\u00f3zou v\u0161ak <strong>p\u0159eva\u017euje nad kostn\u00ed novotvorbou<\/strong>. T\u00edm <strong>doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u0159\u00eddnut\u00ed kostn\u00ed hmoty<\/strong>, kosti se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed k\u0159eh\u010d\u00ed a lidem s osteopor\u00f3zou hroz\u00ed riziko \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zlomenin (tzv. osteoporotick\u00e9 fraktury).<\/p>\n<p>Osteopor\u00f3za se <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bji vyskytne jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, jen z\u0159\u00eddka je n\u00e1sledkem jin\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud je n\u00e1sledkem jin\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, mluv\u00edme o sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed osteopor\u00f3ze. Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed osteopor\u00f3za je metabolick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 jsou <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/menopauza-a-perimenopauza\/\"><strong>nejn\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eeny po obdob\u00ed menopauzy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Osteopor\u00f3zu rozd\u011blujeme na:<\/p>\n<h3>Postmenopauz\u00e1ln\u00ed osteopor\u00f3za<\/h3>\n<p>Velmi \u010dast\u00e1 forma osteopor\u00f3zy, kter\u00e1 je <strong>zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 nedostatkem estrogen\u016f<\/strong>. P\u0159i t\u00e9to form\u011b osteopor\u00f3zy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k posti\u017een\u00ed hlavn\u011b v trabekul\u00e1rn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti kosti, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed pod kompaktn\u00ed, hutnou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kosti. K jist\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b kost\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed u \u017een v procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 zdroje uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>\u017eena ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku ztr\u00e1c\u00ed a\u017e 30 &#8211; 50 % p\u016fvodn\u00ed kostn\u00ed hmoty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Seniln\u00ed (sta\u0159eck\u00e1) osteopor\u00f3za<\/h3>\n<p>O t\u00e9to form\u011b mluv\u00edme <strong>u lid\u00ed nad 70 let<\/strong>. Pacienti jsou <strong>velmi n\u00e1chyln\u00ed na zlomeniny stehenn\u00ed kosti nebo obratl\u016f<\/strong>. Sta\u0159eck\u00e1 osteopor\u00f3za postihuje ob\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti kosti &#8211; kompaktn\u00ed i tr\u00e1m\u010dit\u00e9. K rozvoji symptom\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed a\u017e tehdy, <strong>kdy\u017e je onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi<\/strong> (<strong>3. stupe\u0148<\/strong> osteopor\u00f3zy).<\/p>\n<p>Projev\u00ed se jako:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>bolesti zad<\/strong> &#8211; typick\u00e9 jsou zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze p\u00e1te\u0159e, ale vyskytnout se mohou i p\u0159i jin\u00fdch form\u00e1ch<\/li>\n<li><strong>ztr\u00e1ta v\u00fd\u0161ky<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>zm\u011bna postoje, <strong>hrben\u00ed se<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 <strong>n\u00e1chylnost na zlomeniny<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>L\u00e9\u010dba osteopor\u00f3zy<\/h2>\n<p>V l\u00e9\u010db\u011b se kombinuje <strong>farmakoterapie s \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi re\u017eimov\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi<\/strong>. L\u00e9\u010dba osteopor\u00f3zy je dlouhodob\u00e1, o jej\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m ukon\u010den\u00ed rozhoduje l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9ky <strong>vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze jsou<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bisfosfon\u00e1ty<\/li>\n<li>selektivn\u00ed modul\u00e1tory estrogenov\u00fdch receptor\u016f<\/li>\n<li>kalcitonin<\/li>\n<li>metabolity vitam\u00ednu D<\/li>\n<li>fluoridy<\/li>\n<li>anabolika<\/li>\n<li>parathormon<\/li>\n<li>stroncium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"erit-block erit-block-interesting\"> <strong>V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i osteopor\u00f3ze <strong>mohou b\u00fdt i ve form\u011b injekc\u00ed<\/strong>. L\u00e9\u010dba injekcemi se prov\u00e1d\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad u <strong>bisfosfon\u00e1t\u016f<\/strong>. Interval, jak \u010dasto je l\u00e9k aplikov\u00e1n, je r\u016fzn\u00fd. U ibandron\u00e1tu je to jednou za 3 m\u011bs\u00edce, u zoledron\u00e1tu jen 1x ro\u010dn\u011b. Injek\u010dn\u011b se aplikuje i l\u00e9\u010divo <strong>denosumab<\/strong> (jednou za 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f). <\/div>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho jsou nezbytn\u00e9 i vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ly, zejm\u00e9na:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href='https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/a\/cs\/allnature-vapnak-60kapsla-pilulka-cz\/' class='eap_conversion affil_link' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'  onclick=\"eap_add_gtm_event('EAP_conversion_affil_link_a', 'EAP_click_affil_link_a', null)\">V\u00e1pn\u00edk<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u00e1pn\u00edk ve strav\u011b (naleznete n\u00ed\u017ee), pokud to v\u0161ak z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee se dopl\u0148ovat i formou l\u00e9ku. V tablet\u00e1ch se nach\u00e1z\u00ed <strong>ve form\u011b v\u00e1pn\u00edkov\u00fdch sol\u00ed<\/strong> (uhli\u010ditan, citr\u00e1t, lakt\u00e1t, glukon\u00e1t), pro n\u00e1\u0161 organismus je nejl\u00e9pe vyu\u017eiteln\u00fd uhli\u010ditan v\u00e1pent\u00fd.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href='https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/a\/cs\/jamieson-vitaman-d3-400-iu-90-tablet-pilulka-cz\/' class='eap_conversion affil_link' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'  onclick=\"eap_add_gtm_event('EAP_conversion_affil_link_a', 'EAP_click_affil_link_a', null)\">Vitamin D<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; je pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku, tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje jeho ztr\u00e1ty ledvinami. Vitamin D ve form\u011b l\u00e9ku nebo v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho dopl\u0148ku bychom m\u011bli u\u017e\u00edvat zejm\u00e9na v zim\u011b, kdy je jeho p\u0159\u00edsun sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd pro nedostatek slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/jamieson-vitamin-c-1000-mg\/\"><strong>Vitam\u00edn C<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; je nezbytn\u00fd pro tvorbu osteoid\u016f, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad kostn\u00ed hmoty. V\u00fdskyt osteopor\u00f3zy se zvy\u0161uje proto, \u017ee roste pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk obyvatelstva. \u0160patn\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 i <strong>zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, vysok\u00e1 m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed a nedostatek pohybu<\/strong>.
