P\u0159esto\u017ee se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi zdrav\u00e9 alternativy s neoddiskutovateln\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky na n\u00e1\u0161 organismus, m\u00e1 i sv\u00e9 kritiky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recepty<\/strong> s tofu jsou v\u017edy <strong>velmi jednoduch\u00e9<\/strong>. Kombinuje se nej\u010dast\u011bji se zeleninou, r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed, r\u00fd\u017eov\u00fdmi nudlemi a podobn\u011b. Pokud v\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1, zda a pro\u010d je tofu s\u00fdr zdrav\u00fd, \u010dt\u011bte d\u00e1le.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Co je to tofu s\u00fdr a jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 slo\u017een\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Tofu s\u00fdr vznik\u00e1 <strong>kondenzac\u00ed s\u00f3jov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka<\/strong>. T\u00edm p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00edm jako jsou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/zapal-zil\/\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1n\u011bty \u017eil<\/a> nebo <a href=\"\/krcove-zily\" rel=\"noopener\">k\u0159e\u010dov\u00e9 \u017e\u00edly<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Isoflavonoidy <strong>sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko c\u00e9vn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhody<\/strong> a\u017e o 68 %.<\/li>\n<li>Konzumac\u00ed tofu s\u00fdra sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edte i riziko <strong>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. U mu\u017e\u016f dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko o 61 %, u \u017een je to o n\u011bco m\u00e9n\u011b &#8211; 59 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"erit-block erit-block-interesting\"> Tofu se nemus\u00edte b\u00e1t ani <strong>v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong>. I proto je to\u00a0<strong>v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 potravina p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je v\u0161ak velmi v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9 a d\u00edky vysok\u00e9mu obsahu protein\u016f v\u00e1s i dostate\u010dn\u011b zasyt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co tvrd\u00ed odp\u016frci tofu s\u00fdra?<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina s\u00f3ji se v sou\u010dasnosti p\u011bstuje <strong>v Americe a je geneticky modifikovan\u00e1<\/strong>.
