V\u011bt\u0161ina cholesterolu v na\u0161em t\u011ble se produkuje <strong>v j\u00e1trech<\/strong>, v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1st v\u0161ak p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me i v potrav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dl\u00e1nku si p\u0159e\u010dtete, jak\u00e1 je <strong>norma pro hodnoty cholesterolu v krvi<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 jak by m\u011bla vypadat <strong>strava<\/strong> p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9m cholesterolu nebo dostupn\u00e9 <strong>l\u00e9ky<\/strong> na vysok\u00fd cholesterol. Pokud v\u00e1s toto t\u00e9ma zaj\u00edm\u00e1, \u010dt\u011bte d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Cholesterol &#8211; existuje jen jeden typ?<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159i t\u00e9matu cholesterol je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si vyjasnit, o kter\u00e9m cholesterolu je \u0159e\u010d. V na\u0161em organismu se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed toti\u017e dva typy:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>LDL cholesterol<\/strong> &#8211; laicky \u010dasto naz\u00fdvan\u00fd tak\u00e9 <strong>&#8222;\u0161patn\u00fd&#8220;<\/strong> cholesterol. Je to cholesterol s n\u00edzkou hustotou a je ur\u010den pro bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 ho pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud je ho v na\u0161em organismu nadbytek, za\u010dne se <strong>ukl\u00e1dat do art\u00e9ri\u00ed<\/strong> a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 tvorba <strong>aterosklerotick\u00fdch pl\u00e1t\u016f<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HDL cholesterol<\/strong> &#8211; ozna\u010duje se jako <strong>&#8222;dobr\u00fd&#8220;<\/strong> cholesterol. Je transportov\u00e1n zp\u011bt do jater. N\u00e1sledn\u011b je metabolizov\u00e1n nebo je vylu\u010dov\u00e1n jako nepot\u0159ebn\u00fd produkt ven z t\u011bla. Dobr\u00fd cholesterol sni\u017euje riziko vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sledovat i hodnoty triglycerid\u016f. U lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny triglycerid\u016f v krvi je toti\u017e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko v\u00fdskytu kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a cukrovky.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdo je nejv\u00edce ohro\u017een<\/h2>\n<p>Statisticky, <strong>u <\/strong> <strong>mu\u017e\u016f jsou \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hodnoty cholesterolu<\/strong>. \u017deny v reproduk\u010dn\u00edm v\u011bku jsou chr\u00e1n\u011bny \u017eensk\u00fdmi hormony, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravovek.eu\/menopauza-a-perimenopauza\/\">po menopauze<\/a> se jejich riziko na vysok\u00fd cholesterol (a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s t\u00edm spojen\u00e9) zvy\u0161uje.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed <strong>rizikov\u00e9 faktory pro vysok\u00fd cholesterol<\/strong> pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jater<\/strong>, ledvin a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy (hypothyre\u00f3za)<\/li>\n<li>rodinn\u00e1 anamn\u00e9za na <strong>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> (zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpadech, \u017ee se objev\u00ed v mlad\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku)<\/li>\n<li><strong>cukrovka<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>kou\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed (lid\u00e9, jejich\u017e dieta obsahuje nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Famili\u00e1rn\u00ed hypercholesterolemie<\/h3>\n<p>Toto <strong>d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee se vysok\u00e9 hodnoty cholesterolu d\u011bd\u00ed mezi generacemi. D\u016fvodem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1 strava \u010di \u017eivotospr\u00e1va, ale zm\u011bny v genetick\u00fdch sekvenc\u00edch pacienta.<\/p>\n<p>Pacienti s t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd cholesterol ji\u017e od narozen\u00ed, co\u017e je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 kv\u016fli rozvoji v\u00edce kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Frekvence onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je <strong>1 z 500 lid\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak\u00e1 je norma pro cholesterol?<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_right\"><p><strong>Celkov\u00fd cholesterol\u00a0<\/strong>= LDL cholesterol + HDL cholesterol + triglyceridy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<span class=\"erit-highlight\">Celkov\u00fd cholesterol v krvi je <strong>hodnota sou\u010dtu LDL<\/strong> (\u0161patn\u00fd cholesterol), <strong>HDL<\/strong> (dobr\u00fd cholesterol) <strong>a triglycerid\u016f<\/strong>.<\/span>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 hodnoty triglycerid\u016f (spolu s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi hladinami HDL) jsou siln\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro vznik v\u00edce onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosp\u011bl\u00ed lid\u00e9<\/strong> by si m\u011bli d\u00e1t <strong>zkontrolovat sv\u016fj celkov\u00fd cholesterol<\/strong> v krvi minim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>jednou za 4 &#8211; 6 let<\/strong>. 11 rokem \u017eivota d\u00edt\u011bte a n\u00e1sledn\u011b kolem 17 &#8211; 21 roku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u011bti v rizikov\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch<\/strong> (s cukrovkou nebo v\u00fdskytem vysok\u00e9ho cholesterolu v rodin\u011b) by m\u011bly b\u00fdt <strong>sledov\u00e1ny d\u016fkladn\u011bji<\/strong>. Prvn\u00ed kontrola u d\u011bt\u00ed z t\u011bchto skupin se doporu\u010duje mezi 2 &#8211; 8 rokem \u017eivota, druh\u00e1 kolem 12 &#8211; 16 roku.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00e9\u010dba vysok\u00e9ho cholesterolu<\/h2>\n<p>Na <strong>prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b<\/strong> v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b vysok\u00e9ho cholesterolu jsou v\u017edy <strong>re\u017eimov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> (strava a jin\u00e9 zm\u011bny \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy, o kter\u00fdch si nap\u00ed\u0161eme n\u00ed\u017ee). Druhou mo\u017enost\u00ed jsou <strong>v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 um\u00ed efektivn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit hodnoty cholesterolu. Po\\u010das \\u0161t\\u00fadia sa mi stala kr\\u00e1sna vec - narodil sa mi syn. Som teda mlad\\u00e1 mama skoro dvojro\\u010dn\\u00e9ho chlap\\u010deka. Svoje odborn\\u00e9 vedomosti sa sna\\u017e\\u00edm udr\\u017eiava\\u0165 tak, \\u017ee p\\u00ed\\u0161em pre viacer\\u00e9 zdravotn\\u00e9 port\\u00e1ly. Raz do t\\u00fd\\u017ed\\u0148a chod\\u00edm aj do lek\\u00e1rne, tak\\u017ee som v kontakte s praxou a probl\\u00e9mami pacientov.
